Our return policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, or require an exchange, please send the item back, as far as possible in the original packaging. Please include your “Returns Form” which accompanied your order. On receipt of your return we can organise a change of size or a refund, provided the goods are returned immediately within 14 days, unworn in pristine condition.
How to return goods
You will need to pay to return the goods to us whether for a refund or an exchange. When returning any goods to us, please fill out the returns form included in your parcel to tell us whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We recommend sending items back via Royal Mail or MyHermes. To use MyHermes you will have to have access to the internet and a printer. Their website is www.MyHermes.co.uk/send
You must pay the postage to return items to us whether it is for a refund or for an exchange. We will pay the sending postage for your first exchange for free.
We do not refund postage in any circumstance except in accordance with the Consumer Contracts 2013 cancellation right. If you wish to cancel under these you must inform us in writing within 14 days to: Sheepland, The Hollies, Peacocks Hill, Barton St David, TA11 6BN. We do not accept cancellation in writing via email or fax. If you require a cancellation form, one can be made available to you via email.
Faulty or incorrect items
Although we do our very best, we do understand mistakes can happen, especially if we are very busy. Therefore if you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please contact us straight away via email email@example.com or call 01458 850991 and await instructions. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and as easily as we can. We may ask you to send photos of any “fault” so that we can assess the problem. Please do not use Special Delivery as we cannot sign for items and they will be returned to you.

Sale items have specific returns information on the product page, unless stated otherwise they can be returned as above. Clearance items advertised may or may not have faults, or be substandard, or imperfect. The prices on this page are very significantly lower than the normal sale price, thus no refund of postage is applicable, except as above.
Only orders placed in November and December are eligible for the extended Christmas returns policy. If you would like to return an item to us for a refund or an exchange please read and fill in the Returns Form (or if you do not have a Returns Form a brief cover note with name, address,contact details and what item you require will suffice) and send to:

We recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class (make sure to retain your free proof of postage) or MyHermes for ease.
You have until the end of January to return them to us, if you do not know your order number, just include as many details as possible and we can search our end instead. We will email you to confirm when we have received your item back in the Workshop and if we have any problems at all we will give you a call. Refunds take between 3-5 days to appear on your statement and are issued on to the original payment card.
They should be sent back to reach us by January 31st. Please enclose the "Refund/Exchange" Form sent out with your order. Or enclose a note inside to tell us your query and what size you wish us to send to you as a replacement etc. Please include original order details to help assist with refund/exchange. If you do not do this it will significantly delay the process.
