Handmade British Special Baby Safe Whole Fleece Sheepskin Crib Mattress Topper

We are over the moon at handcrafting these stunning (and incredibly useful) sheepskin mattress toppers, made in extra special baby safe sheepskin. As far as we know we are the only company in Britain that are making these to bespoke sizes and handmaking them right here in Somerset.

These mattress toppers are made to fit a full sized crib (138cm x 68cm), the same size as convertible toddler beds, meaning these can be used from birth for many years. The sheepskin is incredibly soft, cushioned and dense, giving baby the very best chances of a good nights sleep. As the sheepskin is whole fleece, it can help to regulate the temperature, keeping baby cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. The silky soft sheepskin fibres absorb the moisture and release it into the air, keeping baby dry and comfortable. The sheepskin is so wonderfully tactile, it helps to comfort and soothe all night long. The topper is held in place by four elasticated straps on each corner, keeping it safe and secure. These amazing Cot Toppers are made from the highest quality sheepskins, these are the ultimate treat for your little one.

Baby safe sheepskin has been tanned without any chromium, thus classed as medical grade sheepskins, normal sheepskins and fleeces are not certified to be used with babies.

Easy to spot clean spills with a damp cloth, machine wash and dry as required, we advise to use underneath a tightly fitted sheet.
