If you require an exchange or refund for a Christmas gift purchased in November or December, please simply read and fill in the yellow Returns Form that came with your item carefully and send below. If you do not have an Returns Form, simply write a brief cover note with your name, address, contact details and what you require and post the items to:

You have until the end of January to return them to us, if you do not know your order number, just include as many details as possible and we can search our end instead. We will email you to confirm when we have received your item back in the Workshop and if we have any problems at all we will give you a call. Refunds take between 3-5 days to appear on your statement and are issued on to the original payment card.
